Harrington Warranty is a client by client policy, not one standard policy. Essentially we are warranting our PCBA’s for defects in workmanship and potentially defect in components that are covered by our supplier warranty
Here are specific clients and specific warranty information:
Kone – Warranty covered by frame agreement (see Frame Agreement document for specifics regarding our warranty)
Potter – officially established on 11/20/2019: 1 year warranty from Harrington/Dee ship date for defects in workmanship or material.
Pillar, Emerson, Greenlee and all other PCBA/electro-assembly clients of Harrington: 1 year warranty from Harrington/Dee ship date for defects in workmanship or material.
**Key is to precheck/verify what is returned falls under the 1 yr from our ship date.**
