5.2.1 Establishing the quality policy
Harrington Signal Inc. has established a Quality Policy that we feel is appropriate to our organization and meets the requirements set forth in ISO 9001:2015. This policy is communicated throughout the company. Department managers and leads are responsible for ensuring all employees understand the policy. To ensure our policy remains appropriate, it is reviewed at least annually at one of our Management Review meetings.
Harrington Signal Inc.’s Quality Policy:
- It is the policy of Harrington Signal to manufacture products and provide services that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. We accomplish this by adhering to our management system, continuous improvement, and operational methods that recognize customer satisfaction as a primary goal.
- We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system and our commitment to customer satisfaction by monitoring our performance against our established objectives, through leadership that promotes employee involvement, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement.
5.2.2 Communicating the quality policy
In line with Harrington Signal Inc.’s policy of leadership through employee involvement, Harrington Signal Inc.’s personnel policies have established open communication throughout the organization.
The effectiveness of our quality management system is evident through Internal Audit results, Corrective Actions, and the departmental performance measures. Company and departmental performance measures are posted on bulletin boards at Harrington and Internal Audit results and Corrective Actions are shared as appropriate.
